The Orchards Group recently release six new single-family basement home sites, and two of those have already sold! There are also three remaining single-family non-basement home sites left in addition to the three basement sites. There is still time for the buyer to be involved with the design selections for the home, including the option to complete the basement during construction. With a full basement on this ranch home plan, the square footage of the home is doubled, allowing for plenty of additional space for more bedrooms, storage or even a media room. In addition to the basement, the Piedmont plan features two bedrooms and two baths with a den that can be converted into a third bedroom.
