The Orchards Group recently release six new single-family basement home sites, and two of those have already sold! With one additional site being used to build an inventory home, there only three remaining single-family basement sites left in the community.

There are also three remaining single-family non-basement home sites left in addition to the three basement sites. Homebuyers will have the option to choose from one of the four floor plans that are offered at The Orchards of East Cherokee in the Southern Heritage collection. Basement homes are priced from the low to mid $300,000s, and non-basement homes are priced from the mid to high $200,000s.

The inventory home that is currently under construction is the Piedmont plan, which is expected to have a mid-November completion date. There is still time for the buyer to be involved with the design selections for the home, including the option to complete the basement during construction. With a full basement on this ranch home plan, the square footage of the home is doubled, allowing for plenty of additional space for more bedrooms, storage or even a media room. In addition to the basement, the Piedmont plan features two bedrooms and two baths with a den that can be converted into a third bedroom. There is also a formal dining room, a spacious kitchen that overlooks the large family room, screened porch and a master suite that has double vanities and a walk-in closet in the master bath.
