Kolter Homes recently welcomed Jennifer Landers as Community Director at Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes, its newest active adult Cresswind community located in Hoschton, Georgia. Landers, a seasoned industry veteran oversees the community’s development, sales and homebuilding.
Experienced in operations and working for master-planned developers, Landers has a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry for the past 22 years. Her professional skills include coaching, sales, marketing, operations and new home sales. Landers’ vast experience includes a variety of product types and price points.

Prior to joining Kolter, Landers served as vice president and general manager for Serenbe Development. She is best known for her 17+ years with Newland including growing some of Atlanta’s top-selling communities where she started as marketing manager, was promoted to regional marketing director and then served as vice president of operations.
Landers’ many awards and accolades include being honored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) as the 2021 Council Chairman of the Year and the 2009 Marketing Director of the Year.
She currently serves on as the 2022 Chairman of the National Association of Home Builders 55+ Board of Trustees. She also serves on the Greater Atlanta HBA board as well as the board of the Greater Atlanta 55+ Housing Council.
