The community’s prime location also offers plenty of places for residents to explore in nearby downtown Hoschton and Braselton, as well as easy access to the Blue Ridge Mountains, downtown Atlanta, Lake Lanier and Athens, all within an hour’s drive.

Starting from the mid-$200,000s, home options at Cresswind Georgia include a variety of personalization options to accommodate a wide array of lifestyles. Once complete, Twin Lakes is projected to be one of the largest new residential master-planned communities in the greater Atlanta metro area in more than a decade, nearly doubling the surrounding area’s population.
