By acquiring this license, Jim Chapman is now able to act as the Qualifying agent for Jim Chapman Communities and any of its current active adult projects. Due to his excessive experience in the home building industry, being a residential contractor for more than a decade, he was able to apply for the license under the exam exemption privilege.
