Building active adult homes since 2005, Jim Chapman knows what his home buyers want and need. His company, Jim Chapman Communities, builds beautifully designed and superbly functional homes in sought-after locations such as Flowery Branch, Duluth, Kennesaw, Johns Creek and Cumming. To share his knowledge, Jim recently spoke at the International Builder’s Show in Las Vegas.
During the education session entitled 50+ Builder’s Forum: Capturing Your Share of the Market, Jim talked about what type of products appeal to today’s active adults. He also discussed how to make homes stand out and what mistakes to avoid.
Besides these speaking engagements, Jim serves on the board of the Atlanta 50+ Housing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builder’s Association and is the past Chairman. He was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Home Builder’s 50+ Housing Council.
