Kolter Homes – a leader in developing next-generation, highly-amenitized, master-planned active adult communities in the Southeastern U.S. – recently welcomed the Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce to a Business and Social Hour (BASH) and Ribbon Cutting at Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes. The event offered attendees the opportunity to see the tremendous success the community has already achieved in bringing new residents to the area and preview all that is yet to come.
“This event was a fantastic way to meet our fellow Chamber members while enjoying a beautiful afternoon in a picturesque setting,” Regional Vice President at Kolter Homes Tony Adams said. “We hope everyone had as much fun as we did, and we encourage anyone who couldn’t make the event to stop by for a tour.”
Several prominent Hoschton dignitaries attended the event and assisted Adams with the ceremonial ribbon cutting. Guests included City of Hoschton Councilperson James Lawson, Former Hoschton Mayor Theresa Kennerly, President and CEO of Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce Jim Shaw and City of Hoschton Councilperson Tracy Carson. Attendees were encouraged to take self-guided tours of the 15 decorated model homes, and sales agents were on-hand to answer any questions.
Located within the master-planned Twin Lakes development in Hoschton, Cresswind Georgia offers a low maintenance and highly amenitized destination for active adults. In addition to several hundred acres of preserved nature with walking trails, planned resort-style amenities at Cresswind Georgia include a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, yoga studio, art and crafts studio with kiln, billiards, a large activity lawn, amphitheater and a Pickleball & Tennis Center.
Currently under construction in Phase I with a planned spring opening, the Pickleball Center will include 30+ pickleball courts once complete, estimated to be the largest private pickleball complex in Georgia, capable of hosting major tournaments and events. The community’s prime location also offers plenty of places for residents to explore in nearby downtown Hoschton and Braselton, as well as convenience to the Blue Ridge Mountains, downtown Atlanta, Lake Lanier and Athens, all within an hour’s drive.
Upon completion, Twin Lakes is projected to be one of the largest new residential master-planned communities in the greater Atlanta metro area in more than a decade, nearly doubling the surrounding area’s population. The sales center and 15 decorated models are open daily to tour in-person or online. To learn more, visit www.CresswindGeorgia.com.
