Rick and Ginny Fulgham have spent the past twenty years living in Lake Lanier. Originally from Columbus, Ohio they moved to Georgia to open their own pool and spa business.
The couple fell in love with Georgia, specifically the Lake Lanier area and when they decided to move into an active adult community, they wanted to stay close to home.
One of the communities they went to visit was Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge, a Cumming active adult new home community. The Fulghams were immediately impressed by the Atlanta active adult home builder.
“The location, reputation and quality construction of the units is what first attracted us to Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge,” said Rick Fulgham. “Once we viewed the community, we could see how well the homes were put together. Our son, who is a contractor, also told us the homes were very well constructed.”
Another big plus for the Fulghams were the great amenities that Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge had to offer. They loved the heated pool, exercise room, and were so excited to find the game and card room inside Brookhaven’s award winning club house.
The Fulghams have lived in the Cumming active adult new home for a few months now and they say they couldn’t be happier. They enjoy spending time with the neighbors and even recently held an open house for their old and new friends.
“Our neighbors are great and we enjoy spending time with them and many of our friends,” said Rick Fulgham. “We enjoy living in an all-new gated community that is very convenient to everything we need.”
