Atlanta’s premier Active Adult courtyard home builder, Windsong Properties has recently unveiled their newest floorplan: the Canterbury model.
At 2,164 square feet this three bed and two and a half bath home features a formal dining room, walk in pantry, permanent stairs to the attic and covered patio in the courtyard making it Windsong Properties largest home to date.
The Canterbury is the new and improved version of the all time favorite Windsor plan. The Windsor plan, also known as the “Castia” house to Windsong buyers features the increasingly popular detached guest house, which made it the most popular Windsong model since 2004.
Like every home that Windsong Properties builds, the Canterbury meets the EasyLiving Homes standards with step free access, extra wide doorways, lever handles and a variety of other amenities that facilitate changing life situations. In addition, the Homeowner’s Association also provides weekly lawn care and trash removal services to all residents.
This model will be available to future residents of the Villas at Blackberry Run, Seven Hills and Windsong’s newest community: the Windsong at Seven Hills.
