Soleil Laurel Canyon is pleased to welcome Beth Jones to the community as a new home consultant, where she will work with potential home buyers in the Canton 55-plus age restricted community.
A seasoned real estate professional, Beth brings 29 years of real estate experience to Soleil and has worked across the state of Georgia. Her previous real estate experience includes selling new homes for Patrick Malloy Communities as well as selling land with Morris and Raper Realtors and Caliber Companies. Most recently, she was a sales agent at Woodstock Downtown Condos.
Beth is most excited to get to work with the Soleil residents and potential buyers. “It is a pleasure working in an active adult community,” said Beth. “These buyers are knowledgeable, savvy and know what they want from their new home and lifestyle. Soleil is a wonderful and fun community with very supportive residents who love to assist with the selling process.”
