Soleil Laurel Canyon recently celebrated their expansion to Phase II with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The March ceremony was attended by Canton city council members Bob Rush, Patricia Tanner, Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce President Pamela Carnes and many other chamber members.

The ribbon cutting ceremony showcased the homes in the beautiful active adult community in Canton Georgia. The homes begin in the $200s and range in size from 1,518 to 2,727 square feet. Prominently set on 330 acres, the master-planned community features amazing amenities along with their spacious yet cozy homes.

A 28,000 square foot clubhouse is the heart of the neighborhood. There, residents can meet with friends or participate in over 50 different social clubs. An arts and crafts center, media room, theater and performing arts center speaks to residents’ artsy side. Outdoors, a large lagoon-style pool, tennis courts with full-time pro, walking trails and Fairways of Canton golf course provide endless recreation just steps from your front door.
