Soleil Laurel Canyon recently started the Sneak-a-Peek Home Program, to encourage home buyers to visit the resort inspired active adult community in Canton, Ga. The program gives guests a chance to see the Soleil lifestyle, with a three-day, two-night stay in a furnished inventory home in the community.
Each Sneak-a-Peek experience is catered to your interests, with tours of the community’s 5,000 square-foot Sales Gallery and Design Center, 28,000 square-foot luxury clubhouse, and includes access to other guest amenities as well, like playing unlimited tennis on any of Soleil’s eight championship courts.
The program was first introduced at the beginning of summer 2010, and has already resulted in five home sales.
Fred Saffir and Wilma Libar were part of that group, a couple from Florida that heard about the Sneak-a-Peek program through Soleil’s website. Following their visit, Saffir and Libar had no doubt they wanted to move to Soleil Laurel Canyon, and signed their contract only nine days after their tour. The couple will move to Soleil in mid-December this year.
“It was wonderful to have the opportunity to experience living at Soleil by viewing the home and its construction from the inside,” said Saffir. “We also had the chance to explore the area at our leisure. We spoke to several people at the clubhouse, but more beneficially, struck up a conversation with one resident couple outside their home. They invited us in and we spent 45 minutes or so with them which really gave us a great perspective about Soleil and their home construction process.”
“What better way to experience Soleil than to come stay here for a few days,” said Carlos Sanchez, a new home consultant at Soleil Laurel Canyon. “Our community has a lot to offer the active adult and I think after someone has a chance to see it up close and personal, they will be sold. We truly have something of interest for everyone.”
Residents of the age-restricted 55+ community, enjoy an unending range of activities to enjoy themselves. There are outdoor amenities like the outdoor amphitheatre, walking trails, and six clay tennis courts, or indoor activities in the 28,000 square-foot clubhouse like using the fitness center and aerobics studio, billiards parlor, or gourmet teaching kitchen just to name a few.
