Earlier this month, Park Springs members got a real treat as they traveled to Stonehurst Place for a juried art show.
Stonehurst Place is Atlanta’s first EarthCraft Certified bed and breakfast and features three suites and two deluxe rooms for guests to choose from. The artwork of Park Springs Members was in famous company: Andy Warhol, Dale Chihuly, Jime Dine and vintage pieces from Hermes and others are featured throughout the inn. Typically, member’s artwork is reserved for the Park Springs Art Gallery, so many are very excited about this new opportunity.
“All of our artists are excited about the chance to display their artwork at this unique Atlanta bed and breakfast,” said Jennifer Durham, Park Springs’ Activity Coordinator. “This is truly a wonderful opportunity for our Members to show off their artistic talents.”
Located in Stone Mountain, Ga., Park Springs is the leading continuing care retirement community in the Southeast. The 54-acre campus style community boasts a 50,000 square foot Clubhouse serving meals in four themed dining rooms daily and a 12,000 square foot fitness center with an indoor swimming pool.
