Jim Chapman Communities has sold a lot of homes this year, and for October alone closed on 11 homes. Jim Chapman, a premier Atlanta active adult builder, has also sold a total of 51 homes since January of this year, and experienced a 220 percent increase in beginnings of new home building from the same time of year in 2009.

With a strong reputation for building elegant and extraordinary homes, also at an affordable price, it’s no wonder so many home buyers have found their new homes from Jim Chapman Communities. The homes feature one-level ranch condominiums and detached homes, in several places around metro Atlanta such as Forsyth, Gwinnett, Cobb, Douglas and Fulton counties.

“This has been a very good year for us so far,” said Jim Chapman, president of Jim Chapman Communities. “We definitely feel like things are continuing to move in the right direction.”

The neighborhoods with homes with closing in October included:

  • Brookhaven at Johns Creek (Johns Creek) – 6 homes
  • Brookhaven of East Cobb – 2
  • Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge (Cumming) – 2
  • Brookhaven at Sugarloaf (Duluth) – 1
  • The Haven at Lost Mountain (Powder Springs) – 1

Floor plans in these communities feature the signature two and three-bedroom quad ranch condos, or two to four-bedroom single-family homes. Additional amenities include over-sized master suites, bonus rooms with full baths, great rooms with fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and kitchen upgrades available. Curb appeal is a definite too, with these luxurious all-brick and stone constructed exteriors, and inviting front porches.
