Just in time for the new year, Jim Chapman Communities announces that it only has a six month supply of active adult homes left in the metro Atlanta area.
Check out these communities before they are sold out:
• Brookhaven at Sugarloaf in Gwinnett County. Known as Gwinnett County’s No. 1 active adult community for four years, only 12 homes remain from the $280,000s. Homes feature two and three bedroom livable floor plans.
• Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge in Forsyth County. Priced from the $280,000s, less than 20 homes are left. Its newest floor plan, the Abbey, features a bonus room over the two-car garage and a full screened in patio.
• Brookhaven of East Cobb in Kennesaw. The last phase of the community is priced from the $290,000s and is convenient to all that the area has to offer. This includes Town Center Mall, Marietta, the Georgia mountains and downtown Atlanta.
All are gated and provide a variety of amenities for residents. These include heated pools, outdoor fireplaces and National Association of Home Builders’ award-winning clubhouses with exercise rooms and catering kitchens.
