April 17th, an island celebration will commence on Lake Lanier to celebrate the Grand Opening of Cresswind at Lake Lanier. Join us from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. for warm weather, island music and a great lunch.
While you’re here, feel free to browse the model park. With several elevations and floorplans to choose from, this Gainesville active adult community has plenty of options, each designed to make your new home unique to you.
While you’re at the grand opening, be sure to enter to win the fabulous door prize: A trip for two to One Ocean Hotel Resort in Atlantic Beach, Florida. This winter you could be relaxing on a warm and sunny beach while all of your friends are huddled at home, avoiding the cold winter winds. However, if your friends are from Cresswind, they’ll probably be sitting in the Clubhouse, sipping hot coca and enjoying a good book.
Soon, Cresswind will begin construction on a three story community clubhouse. Once complete, residents will be able to utilize it for billiards, arts and crafts, parties and events, and even cooking classes in the demonstration kitchen. Outdoors, a pool and a large system of walking trails are sure to provide endless entertainment options.
Cresswind at Lake Lanier is ideally located on the lake, and private boat slips are available. The community is only minutes from Chateau Elan Winery and Golf Resort, the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Mall of Georgia, among other things.
Cresswind at Lake Lanier is located at 3133 Scarlet Oak Lane in Gainesville.
