The four awards were given to Soleil Laurel Canyon for Best Community Website, Best Marketing Campaign/Promotion, Best Advertising TV Spot, and Best Interior Merchandising for a detached model in the $450,000 to $549,000 category.

Every November, the annual OBIE awards are presented by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association. These awards began in 1980, and have continued to grow to now feature remodeling, building, marketing and personal achievement award categories, in which professionals may enter. The highest honor in the Atlanta housing industry is receiving an OBIE award.
