Residents of Acadia’s Wellstone at Middle Creek, a popular community of active adult homes in Forsyth County, are excited about the community’s facelift.
$100,000 improvements to the community include a revamped entrance and clubhouse, seating area and a greenway outside the sales center, and a community garden with planting beds and a potting shed for the residents’ use.
“We’re giving the entire community a facelift, upgrading the landscaping and adding new signage with earth tone colors. We want our homeowners to enjoy living in a beautiful community,” said Sam Bass, vice president of sales and marketing for Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods.
Wellstone at Middle Creek is an Atlanta new homes community of Craftsman-style ranch condominiums with three bedrooms and three baths, and two-car garages with garage door openers included. The homes have more than 2,000 square feet of living space and are priced from the mid-$200,000s.
Standard features include hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast room, crown molding in the main living areas, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets with crown molding, granite countertops and tile backsplashes in the kitchen and tile floors and tile surrounds in the bathrooms.
The community’s resort-style amenity package includes a heated swimming pool, a 5,000 square foot clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, billiards room, meeting spaces, hot tub and outdoor fireplace.
The community sold five homes in May and has four homes ready for immediate occupancy, as well as several homes under construction. When complete, the community will have 96 condominiums units.
Wellstone at Middle Creek is located near GA 400 and close to some of north Georgia’s finest shopping, dining, entertainment venues and healthcare facilities. The sales center is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
